Pricing

What this costs, and what changes the price.

Most agency sites hide pricing so you have to book a call to find out you can't afford it. Here's the structure, the ranges, and the honest list of things that move the number.

Go Digit'n works three ways: a monthly growth retainer for ongoing search, content and technical work; fixed-scope projects for websites, migrations and GEO implementations; and performance arrangements for operators with volume and clean tracking. Every engagement starts with a free written audit, and we quote after it rather than before.

What you need

Pick the service. See what it costs.

Every engagement still starts with the free written audit — these are the shapes the work usually takes once we have looked.

Search work is a programme, not a project. These are monthly retainers, and the level sets how much ground we cover each quarter, not how good the team is.

Level 1

Foundation

For operators whose site works but isn't found. Fixes what's broken and builds the base.

$______per month
  • Technical SEO and Core Web Vitals maintenance
  • One destination or tour cluster built per quarter
  • Schema and structured data across key templates
  • 4 content pieces per month, briefed and edited
  • Monthly reporting, run on SEO Pilot
  • Search Console and analytics management
Start with the audit

Typical fit: single-market operators, day tour desks, small camps.

Level 2 · most common

Growth

The full engine: visibility, conversion and retention running together on a quarterly roadmap.

$______per month
  • Everything in Foundation
  • GEO / AEO programme with monthly citation tracking
  • Two clusters per quarter, plus refresh of existing pages
  • 8–10 content pieces per month with named authors
  • Conversion work on the booking flow
  • Link acquisition and digital PR in the travel niche
  • Quarterly strategy session with the people doing the work
Start with the audit

Typical fit: established operators, DMCs, cruise operators with multiple source markets.

Level 3

Scale

Multi-brand or multi-market operations that need capacity, not just a plan.

$______per month
  • Everything in Growth
  • Multiple brands or source-market versions run in parallel
  • Dedicated content and outreach capacity
  • Hreflang and multilingual architecture maintained
  • Priority turnaround on technical work
  • Direct line to the specialists, not an account manager
Start with the audit

Typical fit: groups running several brands, or one brand across several source markets.

The other two ways

Not everything belongs in a retainer.

Fixed scope Projects

A build with a start and an end: a website rebuild, a platform migration, a technical overhaul or a GEO/AEO implementation. Scoped and priced before we begin, not discovered halfway.

  • Website design and build — from $_____
  • Migration with redirect mapping — from $_____
  • Technical SEO overhaul — from $_____
  • GEO / AEO implementation — from $_____
  • Custom application work — quoted per scope
Shared upside Performance

Part of the fee moves onto results we can both measure. It only works where the tracking is clean and the volume is real, and we say no more often than yes.

  • Requires verified conversion tracking before we start
  • Measured on booked revenue, not on traffic
  • Reduced base fee plus an agreed share
  • Reported on a dashboard you can open any day
  • Selective — we'll tell you if your model doesn't fit

Why the range is a range

Four things that move the number.

Two operators of the same size can differ by a factor of three. These are usually why.

Site conditionA technically sound site needs growth work. A broken one needs rebuilding first, and that's a different budget.
Number of marketsOne English-speaking market is one job. Four source markets with hreflang and native content is four.
Content volumeWhether we produce the content or your team writes to our briefs changes the monthly cost significantly.
CompetitionRanking for Cairo day tours is harder than ranking for a niche dahabiya charter. Effort follows difficulty.

Questions

About money, specifically.

Why don't you publish exact prices?

We publish the structure and the ranges because you deserve to know whether we're in your bracket. We quote exactly after the audit, because quoting before looking at your site would be a guess dressed as a number.

Is there a minimum contract length?

Retainers are reviewed quarterly rather than locked for years. Search authority takes six to twelve months to build in this market, so we ask for a fair runway — but if it isn't working, a long contract only protects us, and that's not a reason to have one.

Do you charge a percentage of ad spend?

We prefer not to. Percentage-of-spend quietly rewards an agency for spending more of your money, which is exactly the wrong incentive in a seasonal business.

What if we can't afford a retainer yet?

Then a retainer is the wrong product and we'll say so. A fixed-scope project that fixes the foundations, or the free audit plus your own team executing it, is often the better call at smaller volumes.

Do you work in EGP or USD?

Both, depending on where you're based and how you bill your own customers. We'll agree the currency before anything is signed.

What's included in the free audit?

Search visibility, AI-answer presence, technical health, booking flow and an estimate of your commission exposure — written up, prioritised, and yours to keep or hand to another agency.

Next step

We quote after we look.

Send us your site and we'll come back with findings and a number that reflects your actual situation — including telling you if a retainer doesn't make sense at your volume.
