Home  /  Who we help  /  DMCs

For DMCs whose margin lives between net and sell.

You assemble the whole trip — hotels, cruises, guides, transfers, permits — and the value you add is invisible to everyone except the agent who buys it. Which is fine, until the B2B book contracts and you have no direct channel to fall back on.

A DMC needs two channels running in parallel: a B2B layer with agent portals, net rates and fast quotations, and a direct-consumer channel with destination content, itinerary pages and enquiry flows built for high-value multi-day trips. Most Egyptian DMCs have the first and nothing resembling the second.

Sound familiar

What we hear in the first call

  • !Your entire pipeline depends on a handful of overseas agents, and one of them switching supplier changes your year.
  • !Quotations take a day to build because rates, availability and margins live in three files and one person's memory.
  • !Direct travellers who find you can't tell what you do — the site speaks to agents, or to nobody in particular.
  • !You know the margin on the account. You don't know the margin on the individual file.

One agent switching supplier shouldn't be able to change your year.

What we change

Six moves, in this order

01 A direct channel that doesn't threaten the B2B oneConsumer-facing itinerary content and enquiry flows built alongside the agent business, not instead of it.
02 Agent portalLaravel-built B2B access with net rates, permissions and self-serve quotations — so agents stop emailing for availability.
03 Itinerary content that ranksMulti-day Egypt itineraries as real pages targeting the planning-stage searches travellers run months before booking.
04 Margin per fileSupplier cost against sell price on every booking, so you know which programmes actually make money.
05 Source-market structureProper hreflang and market-specific content, because a German traveller and a Gulf traveller aren't buying the same trip.
06 Quotation speedRates, inventory and templates in one system so a quote takes minutes instead of a working day.

Questions

Before you ask.

Will a direct channel upset our agent partners?

It can, if it's handled carelessly — undercutting your own agents on price is how you lose them. Positioning and price parity are part of the strategy, not an afterthought.

Do we need a B2B portal or is email fine?

Email works until volume makes it expensive. If your team spends hours a week answering availability and rate questions that a portal would answer, the portal has already paid for itself.

Our clients are agents, not travellers. Why would we do consumer SEO?

Because agents search too, and because concentration risk is real. Even a modest direct channel changes your negotiating position with the agents you keep.

Can you integrate with our existing systems?

Usually. We build in Laravel and Node.js precisely so integration is a normal task rather than a workaround.
