Home / Who we help / Operators selling Egypt
For operators abroad whose product is Egypt — and whose agency has never been.
You are in London, Berlin, Sydney or Chicago. Your itineraries are Egyptian. Your ground handler is Egyptian. Your marketing is not, and it shows in the places that decide a ranking: the detail, the seasonality, and the questions a traveller asks that only somebody here can answer.
An operator selling Egypt from abroad wins search in their own source market, not in Egypt. That means content written to the search behaviour of British, German, American or Australian travellers, with the operational specifics only an Egypt-based team can verify — which cruise runs Luxor to Aswan and which runs the other way, what closes at Ramadan, why a February Nile cabin is priced like it is. The structure is source-market SEO; the credibility is local knowledge. Most operators have one of the two.
Sound familiar
What we hear in the first call
- !Your agency at home writes about Karnak from the same three sources everybody else uses, and the pages read like it.
- !Your ground handler runs the operation brilliantly and does no marketing at all — that was never the contract.
- !You are outranked for your own itineraries by Egyptian operators who sell the identical trip for less.
- !Nobody on the marketing side can tell you whether a supplier claim is true, so the site says less than it could.
- !A traveller asks something specific about the itinerary and the answer takes two days and three emails to get.
Egypt is your product. It has never been your agency's.

Questions
Before you ask.
We already have an agency at home. Why add one in Egypt?
Because they are doing different jobs. Your agency knows your market, your brand and your funnel — keep them. What they cannot do is verify an Egyptian supplier, notice that an itinerary description no longer matches what operations actually run, or write the paragraph that answers a traveller's real doubt about a February sailing. We work alongside a home agency more often than we replace one.
Our DMC in Egypt handles everything on the ground. Isn't that enough?
For operations, usually yes. But a DMC is contracted to deliver trips, not to make your website rank, and almost none of them have a search team. The knowledge you are paying them for stays in their files instead of reaching the pages travellers read before they book.
Will you also sell to our Egyptian competitors?
We work with Egyptian operators, and some of them will sell trips that overlap with yours — pretending otherwise would be dishonest. What we do not do is run two directly competing accounts in the same market on the same itineraries. Ask before you sign and we will tell you plainly whether there is a conflict.
Do you work in languages other than English?
English and Arabic in-house. German, French, Italian and Spanish through translators we have used for years, briefed by us rather than handed a file — which matters, because a literal translation of a page that ranks in English usually ranks in nothing.
Can you work on the site we already have?
Usually. We would rather improve a site that is working than rebuild for the sake of it. If the platform genuinely caps what is possible we will say so, show you the specific limit, and let you decide whether it is worth the spend.
