About these terms

These terms govern your use of godigitn.com. They are not the contract for our services — where we work together, a separate signed agreement sets out scope, fees, timelines and responsibilities, and that agreement takes precedence over anything on this page.

Using this website

You may read, share and reference the content here. You may not republish it as your own, use it to train a commercial model without permission, or attempt to interfere with the site's operation or security.

Our content

Text, design, illustrations, code and downloadable material on this site belong to Go Digit'n unless stated otherwise. Quoting a passage with attribution and a link is welcome. Reproducing a page wholesale is not.

Tools and calculators

The calculators and audits on this site are provided for general guidance. They use simplified models and published industry figures, and they cannot account for your specific contracts, tax position or costs. Do not treat their output as financial advice or as a substitute for your own analysis.

Client work

Where we provide services, the following apply unless your signed agreement says otherwise.

• Deliverables. Scope, timeline and fees are defined in the agreement. Work outside that scope is quoted separately before it starts.
• Your responsibilities. Timely access to accounts, timely feedback, and accurate information about your business. Delays on these move timelines.
• Ownership. On full payment, deliverables produced specifically for you belong to you. Our own tools, templates and methodologies remain ours.
• Third-party costs. Hosting, licences, ad spend and similar are yours unless the agreement says we carry them.

Results

We do not guarantee rankings, traffic volumes or booking numbers, and we will not. Search engines and AI assistants change their systems without notice, and any agency promising a specific position is either guessing or misleading you. What we commit to is the work, the method and honest reporting of what happened.

Payment

Fees, currency and payment terms are set in your agreement. Late payment may suspend ongoing work. We will always raise it with you before that happens.

Ending an engagement

Notice periods are set in the agreement. On termination we hand over access, documentation and work completed to that point. We do not hold accounts or data hostage.

Liability

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Otherwise, our liability in connection with the website or our services is limited to the fees paid in the period defined in your agreement, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the courts of Cairo have jurisdiction, unless your agreement provides otherwise.
