A Go Digit'n product

Run the whole agency from one screen.

Travora is the CRM for travel agencies and tour operators. Bookings, suppliers, leads and finances stop living in four spreadsheets and a WhatsApp thread, and start living in one place.

Built by an agency that has run Egyptian travel operations for 13 years

Why it exists

A spreadsheet can record a booking. It can't run an agency.

Every operator we've worked with hits the same wall at around the same size: the tools that got them to twenty bookings a month quietly start losing money at eighty.

  • !Two people edit the same sheet and a coach goes out oversold.
  • !Nobody can say today, without opening three files, who still owes a balance.
  • !An enquiry sits unanswered in a WhatsApp thread because it was somebody else's phone.
  • !Supplier confirmations live in an inbox, so the voucher is rebuilt by hand every time.
  • !Margin per booking is a feeling, not a number.

The four pillars

Four things every travel agency
tracks badly. All in one place.

01 — Bookings

Every reservation, passenger and payment in one view

Group departures, private tours, cruise cabins and transfers all land in the same board. Open it and you know what's confirmed, what's pending and what's leaving tomorrow.

  • Passenger details, passports and special requests attached to the booking
  • Payment status per booking: deposit taken, balance due, fully paid
  • Departure view so tomorrow's manifests are one click, not one morning
  • Exportable reports for accounting and for your own reporting

02 — Suppliers

Rates and confirmations that stop living in an inbox

Hotels, cruise boats, guides, drivers and ticket suppliers with their rates and their confirmations attached to the booking they belong to. When a client calls, the answer is on screen instead of in someone's email.

  • Supplier directory with contacts, contracted rates and seasons
  • Confirmation references stored against the reservation
  • Cost against sell price, so the margin on the file is visible
  • What you owe each supplier, and when

03 — Leads

Enquiries from the site, WhatsApp and email in one pipeline

The most expensive thing in this business is an enquiry nobody answered. Every request lands in the same pipeline with an owner and a next step, whichever channel it arrived on.

  • Website enquiry forms feed straight in, no copy-paste
  • Assign an owner and a follow-up date to every lead
  • Full conversation history on the contact, not on one person's phone
  • Convert a lead into a booking without retyping anything

04 — Finances

Margin per booking. A number, not a feeling.

Deposits, balances, supplier costs and what's actually left. The question every operator asks at month end — did we make money on that group? — answered from the file itself.

  • Deposits and outstanding balances tracked per booking and per client
  • Supplier cost versus sell price, per file and per month
  • Multi-currency, because your suppliers and your clients rarely agree
  • Reports your accountant can work from without a translation layer

Also inside

The details that decide
whether people actually use it.

Roles & permissions

Sales staff see their pipeline. Operations see departures. Only you see the margin column.

Vouchers & documents

Client vouchers and confirmations generated from the booking, carrying your branding, not ours.

Reminders that fire

Balance due in seven days, supplier payment on Thursday, client arriving tomorrow. The system remembers so nobody has to.

Client communication

Emails and messages logged against the file, so the next person picking it up has the whole story.

Your data stays yours

Customer records, booking history and margins belong to your agency and export when you ask.

Works on the phone

Your team is at the airport, on a coach, in Luxor. The dashboard has to work there too.

Who it's built for

Shaped around Egyptian
travel operations, not generic sales.

Most CRMs were designed for software sales and then stretched to fit travel. Travora starts from a booking file with passengers, suppliers and a departure date.

Tour operatorsFixed departures and private programmes, with seat counts and manifests that stay right.
DMCsMulti-supplier itineraries where the margin lives in the gap between net and sell.
Nile cruisesCabin categories, sailing dates and allocations — plus what's still unsold.
Day tour & transfer desksHigh volume, small files, fast turnaround, and a payment status you can trust.

Getting started

Live in days, not quarters.

Nobody switches systems in high season out of enthusiasm. We keep the move short and reversible.

WalkthroughThirty minutes on your actual operation — how you quote, who touches a booking, where it currently breaks.
SetupYour suppliers, tour products, rates and users configured with you, not handed over as homework.
ImportExisting bookings and contacts brought across so day one starts with real data, not an empty screen.
Run itYour team works in it with us on hand. If something doesn't fit how you operate, we change it.

Better together

The software and the demand, from the same team.

Travora handles the booking once it arrives. Go Digit'n makes sure it arrives on your domain instead of an OTA's. Most operators need both halves, and they rarely come from one place.

Go Digit'nSearch visibility, AI-answer presence, the website and the booking flow that turn a traveller into an enquiry.
TravoraThe enquiry becomes a booking, the booking becomes a confirmed file, and the file shows you its margin.

Questions

Before you ask.

Can we keep using our website's booking forms?

Yes. Website enquiries feed into the Travora pipeline directly, so nobody re-types a form into a spreadsheet. If Go Digit'n built the site, the connection is already there.

What happens to our existing bookings and contacts?

They come with you. We import your current bookings and customer records during setup so your team starts on real data rather than an empty system.

Do we need someone technical to run it?

No. It's built for the person at the front desk. If your team can use a phone and a spreadsheet, they can use this.

Does it work in more than one currency?

Yes. Your suppliers quote in one currency and your clients pay in another — that gap is where margin quietly disappears, so it's handled properly.

Is our customer data ours?

Yes. Customer records, booking history and financial data belong to your agency and can be exported when you ask.

Next step

See it against your own operation.

Thirty minutes, your actual bookings, no slide deck. If it doesn't fit how you work, we'll tell you that rather than sell you a subscription you'll abandon in March.
