Home / Who we help / Tour operators
For tour operators competing against listings of their own tours.
You run the departures. You hire the guides. You take the call when a coach breaks down outside Luxor. And a platform that has never been to Egypt collects a third of the price for putting your tour in a list.
An Egyptian tour operator wins direct bookings by making each departure an indexable page with real structured data, proving licensing and guide credentials above the fold, showing prices in the traveller's own currency, and defending their own brand name in search against resellers bidding on it.

What we hear in the first call
- !Your best tours exist on your site only as filter results, so Google has nothing to rank — while the OTA listing for the same tour is a proper page with reviews attached.
- !Travellers who searched your company by name click a reseller ad above you and book the same departure at a third less margin.
- !Seat counts live in a spreadsheet that two people edit, and occasionally a coach goes out oversold.
- !You have no idea which of last season's travellers would have come back, because you never had their email address.
You run the tour. Someone else owns the customer.

Questions
Before you ask.
We already list on Viator and GetYourGuide. Should we stop?
Almost certainly not. They fill unsold seats and reach travellers who've never heard of you. The problem is dependence, not presence — above roughly half your volume you're renting your own business.
Our tours are custom, not fixed departures. Does this still apply?
Yes, and arguably more. Custom trips have higher value and longer research windows, which means the planning-stage content and the enquiry flow matter more than a bookable price does.
We're a small operator. Is this overkill?
The technical foundation and the booking flow aren't optional at any size — they're what a traveller judges you on. A large retainer might be. We'll tell you which parts are worth it at your volume.
How do we compete with operators who undercut us?
Usually you don't compete on price, you compete on proof. Licences, named guides, real reviews and specific itinerary detail are what a traveller uses to justify paying more.
