Who we are
Go Digit'n is a travel technology and marketing agency based in Cairo, Egypt. This policy covers personal data we collect through godigitn.com and in the ordinary course of providing services to clients.
For any question about this policy or about data we hold, contact us at the details on our contact page.
What we collect
We collect only what we need to answer you and to deliver work you have asked for.
- Information you give us. Name, company, website, email address, phone number and anything you write in a form or message.
- Information from your use of the site. Pages visited, referring source, approximate location, device and browser, collected through analytics.
- Client data. Where you engage us, we may access analytics, Search Console, advertising accounts and CRM systems you grant us permission to use.
Why we use it
- To reply to enquiries and produce the audit or proposal you requested.
- To deliver and improve the services you have engaged us for.
- To understand how the website is used so we can improve it.
- To meet legal, accounting and contractual obligations.
We do not sell personal data. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Marketing
If you request an audit, we will reply about that request. We will not add you to a marketing sequence without asking. Where you do opt in, every message includes a way to opt out, and opting out takes effect immediately.
Who we share data with
We use third-party providers to run our business — hosting, email, analytics, and the tools we use to deliver work. Each processes data on our instructions. We share data with them only where necessary, and we do not permit them to use it for their own purposes.
How long we keep it
Enquiry data is kept for as long as the conversation is live and for a reasonable period afterwards. Client records are kept for the duration of the engagement and for the period required by contract and by Egyptian accounting law. After that, data is deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
Depending on where you are, you may have the right to access the data we hold about you, to correct it, to have it deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive a copy in a portable format. To exercise any of these, contact us and we will respond within the period the applicable law requires.
Cookies
We use a small number of cookies for analytics and, where relevant, advertising measurement. You can refuse or delete cookies through your browser settings; parts of the site may work less well if you do.
Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including access controls, encryption in transit and limiting access to those who need it. No system is perfectly secure, and we will not claim otherwise.
International transfers
We are based in Egypt and work with clients and providers in Europe, the Gulf, North America and elsewhere. Where data moves across borders, we take steps to ensure it remains protected to the standard required by applicable law.
Changes
If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top and, where the change affects you directly, tell you.
