Work  /  Easy Transfer 247

Route pages that rank, a booking path that survives the queue.

Easy Transfer 247 is a high-volume transfer and day-tour desk. What it needed was route pages that could rank for how travellers actually search, and a booking path short enough to finish in an airport queue. We built both, in-house.

The challenge

Demand that searches by route, on a site organised by service

Travellers don't search for "transfer service". They search for "Cairo airport to Giza hotel" — a specific route, often on a phone, often minutes after landing with a queue moving behind them.

Easy Transfer 247 had the fleet and the coverage to serve that demand. But the site described transfers as a general service rather than answering each route as its own page — so the exact query a traveller typed rarely had a page to land on, and the booking that did exist was too long to finish before the queue moved.

The brief was two things at once: a page for every route that matters, and a booking path short enough to survive an airport queue. One without the other wins nothing — traffic with no conversion, or a fast form nobody can find.

The approach

Four decisions that shaped the build

01Route-level landing pagesA dedicated page for each route travellers actually search, structured the way they phrase it and the way Google indexes it. Structure was decided before design, because it determines what can ever rank.
02A booking path built for the queueThe shortest honest path from route to confirmed booking — few enough steps to finish one-handed on a phone before the queue moves. Every removed field is a booking that survives.
03Schema on every routeStructured data on each route page so search engines and AI answers can read the service, the coverage and the price without guessing. Machine-readable is how a route page earns the rich result.
04Performance as a build requirementBudgeted for a phone on airport wifi or roaming data, not a desktop on fibre. A route page that ranks but loads slowly loses the traveller to the taxi rank outside.

The build

Concept to launch, all in-house

Strategy, design, build and content came from the same team. That matters more than it sounds: the reason redesigns so often lose rankings is that the agency doing the design and the agency doing the SEO never spoke.

Built on custom WordPress with a route architecture and schema on every route page rather than a page builder — so each new route ships with clean URLs, structured data and the same short booking path without anyone rebuilding it by hand. Performance was treated as a build requirement, not a phase at the end.

The result is a site where the traveller finds the exact route they searched and finishes the booking before the queue moves. That's the whole mechanism. Route pages win the search; the short path wins the booking. Neither works without the other.
