Free growth audit
Find out what your OTA dependence actually costs.
Send us your site. You get a written audit of your search visibility, your AI-answer presence, your booking flow and the direct-booking revenue you're currently handing to the platforms. It's yours whether you hire us or not.
What you actually get
- ✓Search visibility. Where you rank against the operators selling the same programmes, and the queries you're invisible for.
- ✓AI-answer presence. Whether ChatGPT, Perplexity and AI Overviews mention you when a traveller asks who to book Egypt with.
- ✓Technical health. Indexation, Core Web Vitals and the specific things stopping pages from ranking.
- ✓Booking flow. Where an interested traveller gives up, and what an OTA listing does better than your site.
- ✓The commission number. An estimate of what moving a realistic share of your volume direct would be worth annually.
- ✓A prioritised list. What to fix first, second and third — in order of impact, not in order of effort.
What happens next
Four steps. No sales sequence.
We'd rather send you something useful and let it argue for us than put you into a nurture campaign.
Questions
Before you send it.
Is it really free, or is it a sales call in disguise?
Really free, and the document is yours regardless. We do it because in this market the audit usually finds something specific enough that the conversation becomes obvious — and if it doesn't, neither of us has wasted a retainer finding out.
Do you need access to our analytics?
Not to start. The first audit is done from the outside, the way Google and a traveller see you. If we work together, Search Console and analytics access come later.
We're small. Is there a minimum size?
No minimum to get the audit. Whether a retainer makes sense depends on your booking volume, and we'll be straight with you about that rather than sell you something that won't pay for itself.
We already have an agency.
That's fine. Plenty of operators use the audit as a second opinion. We won't ask you to leave them, and we'll tell you if the work they're doing is sound.
Can we do this in Arabic?
Yes. The audit, the call and the work can all run in Arabic or English, whichever your team prefers.
